Sourced entirely from vineyards located in Southern Marlborough's spectacular Awatere Valley, this vibrant wine displays aromas of citrus zest and vibrant tropical fruit with notes of fresh spring herbs complemented with hints of orange blossom and lemongrass. The palate is layered with flavours of juicy ripe lemon and lime, sweet fresh pineapple and crunchy green apple. This Nelson Chardonnay displays vibrant aromas of bright citrus zest, ripe stonefruit and subtle hints of warm, spicy French oak. On the palate flavours of white peach, ginger, juicy grapefruit and notes of toasted nut take this medium bodied and elegantly textured wine to a lusciously long and persistent finish.

Typically fresh aromatics of quality Trinity Hill Hawkes Bay Chardonnay are evident including citrus, white flowers and stone fruit. These are complemented on the palate by a creamy richness from aging on lees. Roast hazelnut, almond and hints of gunflint result from the indigenous fermentation in barrel.

Aromas of Nashi pear, stone-fruit and a gentle spice background are evident on the nose. The wine is rich, creamy and textural with great purity of fruit and balance.

A modern, stylish Rosé offering a delicious combination of juicy strawberry and raspberry flavours with a succulent, dry, refreshing finish.

The blackberry, spice and liqorice nuances combine to produce a fruit-dominant but complex Sauvignon Blanc. A small inclusion of the white variety Viognier gives this Trinity Hill Hawke's Bay wine beautiful perfume and allows the wine more accessibility while young.
