Sourced exclusively from Te Mata Estate's own vineyards. This Estate Vineyards Chardonnay was harvested from Bridge Pa Triangle, Woodthorpe Terraces and Havelock Hills vineyards. Aromas of black cherry, wild strawberry and star anise. The palate is soft and pillowy with a racing-stripe of boysenberry ripple through it. There are dark roses, raspberries, and notes of sandalwood and liquorice.

The palate again rich with Central Otago cherries and nuances of chocolate, intertwined with wild thyme and alluring earthy notes.

A pale straw, vegan Sauvignon Blanc with green hues on the edges. Aromas of freshly cut green apple and lemon peel, with a citrus backbone. It is flavoursome and juicy, with gooseberry and passion fruit. Succulent, with great fruit intensity, and vibrancy on the finish. Central Otago is home to New Zealand's largest high country sheep stations. The original shepherds who worked these stations have moved on, yet their spirit remains. The Last Shepherd celebrate these men with this Central Otago Pinot Noir. Medium ruby red, exhibiting vibrant dark berry aromas with hints of spice and smoke. The palate is rich and savoury with dark cherry and plum fruit characters with fine supple tannins, hints of pepper and spice and a savoury oak finish.
