You will need:

• A sugar cube or 1 tsp of sugar
• Angostura bitters
• 60ml Chivas Regal 12YO
• Ice 
• Orange peel and cherry to garnish 

To make:

1. Muddle together the sugar with 2 dashes of bitters into an old-fashioned glass or tumbler
2. Add an ice cube & 15ml of Chivas Regal 12YO and stir until the ice has half melted.
3. Repeat three more times with 15ml Chivas Regal 12YO (60ml total).
4. Zest the orange peel over the glass and drop into the glass
5. Garnish with a cherry and enjoy!
